Do I file the arbitration refusal, flyer, valedation request,
etc... with the arbitration court also? Or JUST send it to
W&A?

Send the Arbitration Rejection and flyer to the Arbitration Forum NAF. Send a Validation Request and copies of the Arbitration Rejection letter and flyer to W&A
