Don't respond to Arbitration questions etc. Your response is rejection of their one sided prejudiced forum for Arbitration with Arbitration rejection letter and flyer attached as enclosure (1). Make sure you send W&A a Validation request and copy of your Arb rejection letter and flyer. If W&A continues their collection action then they need to have complaints filed against them. Do not let up on giving these scum hell!
