Tn. does not allow for a shorter SOL by virtue of the fact that the debt defaulted in a shorter SOL State. Some States DO- but Tn is not one of them. You are out of luck.

The added comments on the Tn. page have to do with "re-aging" of the SOL, not the basic SOL time period.
