Yes, I did pay the original creditor with a check from my
account. I guess I should have her open a new accont
then. The lien on the house isn't a problem... we rent! The Jeep we have is only a year and a half into a 5
year loan. I would think that would be safe then. The only thing that worries me is the pay garnishment. I
really can't afford to have anything taken out. I'm barely
getting bills paid as it is, since i'm supporting a family of
5 on a low-middle income. Ugh! Thanks for the info, though... again!
