I should say one more thing. I know that you are just a person trying to make a living. That's OK, and if I knew you, you would be welcome to my home. However, when you are on the phone (or giving bad advice on a forum like this) you are my enemy. It's not personal, for those of us posting here it is survival. My problems are over, but I am empathatic to those still dealing with CAs.
