I have several bad debts that are beyond SOL. There was never any attempt to collect or they just never caught up with me... I had moved around alot. If I apply for any type of credit, will that bring old creditors out of the woodwork? I have done an opt-out like a year ago, but if I apply for something it willbe updating my address and employment for a previous creditor? Is that correct? THanks.
