I originally posted yesterday , "settled" with CA on $1500 debt (I was Dumb) $500 Dec, Jan and Feb. Barely made first two payments definitely can't make this last one. Nothing is in writing about this and CA sends me statements that say payment arrangement. Do I just send them what I can and not answer the phone?
