Food for Thought! This is from another site that I frequent.

get to discovery, similar to the way described below, (excellent) ask for and get the judge to order them to provide you with, a copy of the signed agreement and the individual charge slips so you can determine the total amount of their claim, as well as have an opportunity to dispute the individual charges, (has to be allowed by the judge) Once they don't provide the charge slips, put in a Motion For Sanctions which basically says, the Plaintiff willfully disregarded the
court in providing evidence of any debt therefore dismiss the case or do not allow any evidence of indebtedness... Double edged sward... I've done it
twice.. works like a charm...
