HNB sold off car loan to MCM. Now I am being sued.

Under Ohio Revised Code

I made an attempt to get § 1309.616. (UCC 9-616) Explanation of calculation of surplus or deficiency. From OC and CA. With no reply from OC and only minimum information NOT in detail from the from the CA, as stated in

ORC 1309.616. (UCC 9-616) division (C)To comply with division (A)(1)(b) of this section, a writing must provide all of the following information in the following order:
-
-
-

I was also told that since this is a repossession that the SOL should be 4 years after the disposition of vehicle. disposition happened on feb 4, 2000. Exactly four years and 16 days of when the lawsuit was filed in local court.

I am unable to find the ORC that states there is a 4 year SOL on repossession. Does anyone know where this is located, what the ORC statue is?????

Also would not being provided the § 1309.616. (UCC 9-616) and the SOL of 4 years (if true and found) be enough to have this law suit dropped???? And/or can I counter sue?

Any help in this matter would be much appreciated. It appears I need to submit my finding to the court in the next 28 days!!!

Thanks
Kel
