You did not say what State you are in, or when the debts defaulted (last time you paid the ORIGINAL CREDITOR).

Credit repair companies or schemes (like "Computerguy") are a scam and a waste of your $$. This is a public forum, and although spam is not allowed, "Computerguy" sneaks in his plugs for his business under the pretense of "helping" people.

You may need to declare BK, and you may not. You may be beyond the legal time for collections on these accounts, depending on your State and when you last paid the original creditor on an account that was in good standing (not late or past due)
