The account terms are in compliance with the TILA requirements for open end credit card accounts.This includes required capitalization of FINANCE CHARGES, explanation of the interest changes and MOST important- the section that deals with computing average daily balances, i.e. "we use the average daily balance including new purchases etc. etc."

These are the terms for an open end credit agreement as required by TILA.
