Wait a minute, if you are actually sued, the attorney can not change a court date. That doesn't sound right. What do you mean, a paper was delivered to your home? Give us more detail. You need to see exactly what this paper says, and check with the courthouse to see if a law suit has actually been filed, or if you are being scamed into thinking that a law suit has been filed.
