I can offer no legal advise, but I do have a couple of suggestions. First, there is a refusal of arbitration letter on Why Chat's website. You might also visit Bud Hibb's site at BudHibbs.com and look under "agencies to avoid". This is on his list of the worst and he also offers some suggestions on dealing with them. Good Luck!!!!!
