Live in California. Home was forclosed on in 8/1999. Had a second on the home with HFC. Balance was 10,514 with fee's it is now 14,345. Credit report says DOLA is 5/1997(Which is also the date account was opened). It also says Date of last payment 8/1999. It lists it as a collections account but no one has ever contacted us. Is this for sure out of the SOL?
