Only individual persons are licensed to practice law, not firms. If there's more than one lawyer in this nest of nitwits, the suspension of one of them's license unfortunately doesn't affect the others. How long was the suspension for? I know in Florida a 91-day or greater suspension means the lawyer must resign any supervisory position they hold with a firm until reinstatement, and provide evidence of rehabilitation to get reinstated. In that case, complain to the Indiana Bar or whoever has oversight of these turkeys.
