i was assuming cause the poster didnt mention any of that, i assumed had she knew that.....then of course her bf would be responsible. since she asked...i just figured there wasnt. the kid wasnt mentioned as a student. duhh me. but yes..if full time students..and its written that way..he has to pay whatever the court states. which if they knew that--why ask?? rofl. ty for that correction. i was goin by there wasnt one...ouch!!! lets hope for no full time student forever lol. ty for correcting that!
