u all correct me if im wrong on any points ok?/collections..BK..etc

i have read a few things..i want to correct. this is my understanding. if im wrong..please someone tell me. first in BK..in texas, is all im speaking for here, u can keep 1 car per driver. of course continue paying on them. should u have more..and they r paid for..and worth something..they can be taken and sold. im sure a judgement is close to the same thing. asset--anything worth something that can be sold for cash. well ...anything..worth a lot like land..boats..RVs...cars..u get the pic. use common sense lol. second..it is my understanding...debt may be collected on 4ever. true there is statute to sue and WIN. suing out of SOL and no one shows..they still win a default. and can still collect. someone may forget they get aunt sallies insurance or inherit something.. (how dumb but true). my understanding is a collection can be tried anytime frm now till doomsday. i dont think cause a SOL is out..people r out of the woods and im afraid most r getting that impression frm the posts. its like cool..my time is up. things r great. and thats just not true. 10--12 years later..here comes john doe collecting. which as i read texas laws...he can do it. he just cant win in court should one fight it. am i wrong? and apparently./.companies have no pattern,. JK did not receive settlement offers till late and i have already been since mine were charged off in sept. some sue people with nothing.. and some never sue. i see no pattern to it. since we filed BK 3 years ago..they KNOW we have nothing to get. doesnt phase them at all. and i can not handle these calls for years and years. please correct me anywhere im wrong! oh yeah also...in BK court..some here..creditors show. i been thru it with one pal..with us..and watched the other proceedings. at times sears will show and take a frig and a stereo then walk out. ALL the bisnesses (commercial BK) banks show to reclaim their property that has a lien. some like ours none showed. some would for 2 cases and leave. again..no pattern. no money value seemed to matter. i kept a $3000 diamond wedding ring..zales didnt show. weird as hell. dont count on nothing in BK court.
