RLee you said that when you went to a pretrial hearing you showed the referee about the illegalities of continued collection practices after a debt had not been validated after a request. Then you said it was DISMISSED. Too cool. LadyNRed, you talked about this too. Where IS this statute in the FDCPA? Also LadyNR, where is the one that says it is illegal for them to contact any other relatives after they have your home info? Thanks, Higgins
