No, I'm not the same guy (check my IP address) but someone needs to answer him. I know he is very worried about this and I don't have an answer except to say that filing bankruptcy over such a small amount would be foolishness.

Also, you might want to call a guy I know who does deal with situations like this (settlement, etc.) and his phone # is 954-205-4930. I've never used his services, but he can help you with some advice on this.
