They all do that. You must call them today, or before 5pm or by Monday. Dont return their call. Only deal with them by US Mail.

If you return their call they know you are scared and will only use nastier and more intimidating language that will catch you off guard and make you do something foolish that gives up your rights or exposes you to more hassling from these people.
