No, you STILL need to request validation even if you are within SOL. Otherwise you are just ignoring them and wishing later you had done something. If nothing else, you are at least buying time to get a game plan together.

I suggest you re-post this with "Wurman and Fischer" in the subject heading (then disguise yourself in the remote chance that they check this place, which I doubt). Maybe someone here has worked with them and can give you more specific insight.

But by all means you SHOULD request validation.
