You say "if you really owe" then all you can do is file BK. Do you really think that most of your clients don't "really owe" the scumbags who call them? In most cases there was a valid debt, but the WAY the attorneys or collection agencies handled it was the problem. That's the real gem we are looking for. To basically PREVENT the scumbuckets from TAKING us to court in the first place.

I have an arbitrary award against them but they claim it is invalid because they didn't agree to it.

Any advice (p.S. I haven't been sued yet)
