Thank you for advice I will do just that to whom do you suggest? Im in Iowa the state medical licencing? Also I will keep you informed to the decision from the OCR This I feel is totally ridiculous and really pathetic and Wrong!!! the way I interpetate the rules on these old medicals they have to accept. And whats even sadder is their lack of concern for their paitents privacy or welfare and even worst these 3 bills total are less than $90.00 dollars and I dont even feel I was properly billed at the time.This is something else and I am not giving up!
Did also want to tell you your help with your letter for other accts. has been a God sent I have had no problems with the OC's and have had many deletions. This OC though is something else Im kinda wondering now if she is saying this belongs to a CA is she is it lawful for her to even provide them w/any info??
