I am in NY. W & A turned it over to a local attorney. They want 85%,and since they already tacked on an extra $3000. courtesy of NAF, if I settle for what they want, I will be paying more than I owed originally. Makes no sense to me. These attorneys are nothing but a waste of a law license, probably got it in a cracker jack box anyway.
