This post is dated 27 Feb so tomorrow is Saturday and the clerk's office is closed, which is where they would have to file suit. If they told you that Thursday 26 Feb, I bet you one hundred squillion dollars they didn't sue you anyway because their lawyer (if their lawyer existed) would have told them it's out of the statute of limitations and suing would be frivolous. This is the kind of stupid cruelty that bad CAs pull because they love to hurt people--it makes them feel big.

If on the off chance they did really sue, it will be easy to beat them and to win under FDCPA and NCDUTPA. CALL ME!!!! 910 876 7001
