I would say "duhhh!" too but that would be mean.

In any class action, believe me, the lawyers come out best because they get the settlement funds and simultaneously take out their percentage and disburse the proceeds to the clients. So don't worry about not paying counsel. Not that I always get paid--I can name a few criminal defendants who stiffed me after I did everything I could for them. The fact that they ended up with really long sentences is sheer coincidence.
