Vacating a judgement. I which court. need to be specific. Civil Court Is Easy. Small Claims is Easy Supreme Court a Little more complicated as well as Federal court. Bankruptcy, We wont even go there. Submit an Order To show Cause to vacate you default judgment. Could be because you were improperly served, you didn't know about the action. plead ignorance.etc. The judge will sign on it. submit a copy to the bank. And presto you have access to your funds. Normal turn around time 2 to three days.
