I am in arbitration with W & A on Monday March 1, 2004. I have yet to get the service delivered. I spent the last year trying to pay(!) a settlement to MBNA via an attorney in writing, and both MBNA and W & A can't seem to have an intelligent conversation in writing. I am representing myself as I can't afford to have an attorney drive 100 miles to argue the obvious and charge me for prep and a day's 'trial' fees.
