Not a bad idea to consult with a bk attorney. First consult should be free. Know all of your options. Have a plan and relax. PROTECT YOUR BANKING INFO. If you have paid these accounts with current bank accounts. Close accounts and open new accounts with spouse as primary. Different Bank. Ounce of prevention.
