How do I prove that's it's past SoL?
I don't think I have any old credit bureau reports.
I pulled one last night, and the loans are on there, but I don't see anything regarding how long it's been since I last paid.
Is the burden of proof on me, or on them?
If I say it's past the SoL, do I have to prove it?
I can't afford to sue them.
Should I just send them the letter and hope that they drop their suit?
