If you arethe poster from Arizona with the INSTALLMENT SALES CONTRACT on computer-- go to my website, click on Arizona, scroll to the bottom and get the link to Az statutes. Print out the Az installment sales contract rules.

File an ammended answer, stating that the ALLEGED claim is time-barred, and that the claim is made VOID because the original installment sales contract did not meet the requrments of Az law.

This will require A$$(O) to produce the original signed sales contact to rebut your defense.

Since they will not have it, you can request a dismissal with prejuidice.
