Hi, no I haven't seen this on my credit reports and supposedly the lawyer sued me on only a few days ago. So it's possible I just haven't been served yet. I tried calling the lawyers office today but of course they were closed on saturdays. Don't these places need to see a photo id and other information before they give rent to own furniture to people? If it turns out I am a victim of id theft, what do I say when I go to court? Thanks
