Be sure to file an answer the complaint in the form of a general denial.

When its time to go to court, say to the nice judge:

"Your honor I do not know what the heck is going on here. I have never rented anything from rentway and I believe I might be the victim of identity theft or perhaps the plaintiff has sued the wrong party. I would like to request that plaintiff provide evidence in the form of a signed rental agreement that proves the debt is mine."
