Is getting a new attorney or selling the debt w/o validation the same as.......

It is breaking the FDCPA to continue attempting to collect on a debt that has not been verified. We know this, and this has stopped many a collector in their tracks.

My question is: would sending ATTORNEYS after me when they have never validated the debt the same thing? Or what about then selling it and letting the new company come after me? Or what about turning it over to yet another attorney? Don't all of these things still add up to collection attempts?
