Both are bad. An unpaid judgment sits around accuring interest. If stste law allows, wages can be garnished, bank accounts empteied, etc.
BK will end the misery and in a couple of years, your credit will begin to recover.
The only way a judgment might be preferable to bk is if you live in a state that has a short time span that a judgment can exist. Anything less than 10 years.
