I am being sued, considering bankruptcy, but questions being, have a smal business, in my name, but in reality it belongs to husband. He has not file income tax returns, credit card debt in my name only,want to file bankruptcy but scared to death this is going to haunt me! Will this info be disclosed and get me into further trouble? Or should i just take the judgement.
This board is awesome and i know someone will help! Also in a bankruptcy, do they look into your past or your future earnings, and how far do they go? Thanks in advance.
