Okay, I got quite a few of you that said "I'm in!!!" Here's the plan.... Yes, we would each only get peanuts once the winnings are divided and the attorneys on our side get their fees, but my idea is to use this as a THREAT against them to simply CLEAR several of our debts (and I"m talking about those of us who have truly been stroked by them, not just everyone who has valid debt and where they didn't break the FDCPA). The LAST thing W&A want is to have their records open (which is what a class action forces) and let us examine exactly how many times they have violated the FDCPA in the same manner). Begoodorelse sounds interested as our attorney, so maybe we can start planning this and make a yahoo group with a list of those who have been burned. PlanningVictory
