Ok, Pinnacle/H&R have lied, in writing to my State AG. They acknowledge getting a "series of disputes" from me, claim they put account into "dispute status" since they couldn't validate, and claim they deleted the account.

1. They never validated, but acknowledge my requests for validation.
2. They never marked the account as "in dispute".
3. They never deleted the account.
4. They marked the account as PAID, when I never paid them a cent since I don't owe them.
5. They transferred the account to H&R, which is a d/b/a of Pinnacle.

I have all my Green cards, copies of the letters I've sent them and the State AG, copies of their response to the State AG, and copies of all my reports showing their reporting after they claim they deleted the account.

I'd like to sue them for failure to validate and continuing to report, false reporting, fraud, and anything else I can think of.

Where can I find the exact statutes they violated, how much can I sue for, where do I need to sue, and how do I serve them? If I sue in small claims court, in my state, the defendant must be personally served, so how could I be sure this gets done since they are out of State?

I've got proof positive regarding lawbreaking against these scumbags and I want to make sure I do this right!
