OK- If you went the fake arbitration route, did you EVER agree to arbitration? How DID you get the card in the first place? WAS it a pre-approved offer with no application? Does your credit report indicate you are vulnerable to a judgment? Is the + $10,000 balance AFTER years of fake interest and late fees? IS ths your only debt in default?
