Here is the situation, I promised to pay the amount they claimed i owed, after being told for two days strati that if not were taking you to court, you have no choice but to pay or we are going on to the next step etc... After consulting family members and an attorney at the very i mean very last minute, I stopped the payment through my financial instuition. I then on my attorneys strict advice let them no of my situation, and to by all means take me to court if you intend to do so, also stop calling. Now I feel a little better, but should i be scared that they will sue, or try to claim some assets i may have. Everyone says they are full of hot air cambece, but they ways in which they scare you just stick in your mind and emotianly i am as much of wreck no as i was when this all started. I may be worse off now beacuse i feel i am at there mursey now and i could be getting letters in the mail to appear in cour. ANY adivece someone can give to me I would truly appreciate.
