If you sent INTERROGATORIES - you sent QUESTIONS FOR THEM TO ANSWER.

If your "interrogatory" wasn't a question - how can they answer it??

If you wanted documents - you needed to send "Defedant's Demand for Production of Documents" AND you need to include definitions of certain words (i.e.) "document" "file" "your" "you" etc. AND you need to be very specific or their response wil be "vague" overbroad" "unintelligible" etc., etc.
