Yes, Ca. is the only State I know of that has a shorter SOL for credit cards that were obtained without an application being signed.

If you DID NOT sign an application for the MBNA card, then send the CA the SOL letter from my website, using the correct Ca.( 2 year) statute from the Ca. page.
