I have received two letters from a CA for a Cc acct with a DLA of 4/99. I live in Calif. and the CA says it bought the acct from the OC. My question is should I respond with a SOL letter orjust ignore them. They haven't called yet. I'm afraid they might sue they say their client is Palisades acquisitions. Is it better to try and be on the offensive. Please help. Thanks
