CA's informing Credit Reporting Agencies of our DISPUTE???

I keep hearing on these boards about the requirement of the CA's to inform the CRAs if an alledged debt is in dispute. I did a credit check on myself and discovered that NONE of the CA's have done this on my accounts. All I see is "charged off."

So what can I do?
