Excellent answer, Observer, but are you aware of any court cases or FTC Rulings that ever truly defined what proper validation is? For example: "Proper validation of a credit card account is defined as follows:

1.) A copy of the original credit card application.

2.) A copy of all individual charges which comprise the account balance.

3.) etc."

You get what I mean. Anything?
