I have been reading this board for a while, and wanted to offer some help. I actually work for a direct lender, Centex in Mass. If any of you who own homes in the New England and NY areas, or are interested in purchasing a home, and want a quick credit analysis or have questions about what options are out there, besides bankruptcy, or what you can do to fix yourselves up, you are more than welcome to shoot me an email. I have also been very successful settling account for my clients, for some reason they are willing to listen to someone with a title more so than an individual. That and of course I am not as emotionally involved. Good luck,
