No, it was a cash loan with a boat, car and truck used as collateral. I had posted a "HELP" To Why-Chat, Lady, Scott, Keyser, Marvbear, you all that I could think of. I did not really know the answer regarding the deficiency. He is within the SOL as far as I could tell, but only by about 6 months. States are California and Virginia. I think the date on the loan was 12/99.
