I am having trouble finding Why Chat's site...Where can I link to this? I think I have seen it and am overlooking it now. Also, if we opt out...what happens? Does that completely end our chances of buying our home? We have less than six months before the original debt is over five years old, meaning that the SOL will have passed (five in MO, I believe). Thanks for the advice, I never knew there were options until tried finding wolpoff-abrams website so I could PAY them and stumbled on this site instead. It is a God-send.
