Two young people got married, had baby and moved to Kansas. Ex-mother-in-law then went to work for the CU. Mother and son put together a cash loan agreement with CU and daughter was told to co-sign, which she did. Daughter was only one working at the time. Daughter did not see the money, does not know what it was used for. Boat and car repo'd approximately 7/2000 and truck repo'd approx. 7/2002. no notice given to either of them. Daughter moved back to California. No correspondence was ever mailed to daughter's address. All correspondence was received at our residence eveven though the attorney in Kansas has her address. This is the same attorney that was the actual attorney for the bank and stated he did not want to go after daughter in the first case and hed her dismissed from the suit, based on the ovbvious forgery. Now he states he has een asked to collect this for his client CU. We did not even have a chance to contact the CU before he was assigned a few days later.
