I have a collection agency that is threating to take me to court for a debt that is 5 years old. When spoken to they gave my wife the name and number of the attourney they were using. The attourney was Binder&Binder (which are personal injury lawyers), and the phone number that went back to the collection agency. They also sent my brother a letter (my name in care of his name with all the account info on it. The company is US Receiveable Sercices Inc.. What can I do? What should I do?
